Philip's first attended the Macau Grand Prix in 1985 and has been photographing it ever since. He has also amassed the rights to a large collection of archival images, a small number of which are exhibited on this page. All of these images capture the Grand Prix's journey from a parochial event for local enthusiasts, first run in 1954, to becoming one of SE Asia's most prestigious sporting events featuring such stars as Max Verstappen (below, on his one visit to Macau in 2014)
